Amazing Crêpes & Catering...How it all Started

flambeAmazing Crêpes was established in 2005 when Whitefish food entrepreneurs Becky and Todd Horning started a mobile crêperie to serve the local farmers markets, and outdoor community events. The mobile unit is a recycled “short-bus” that was renovated to vend crêpes. The idea caught on quickly and by 2008 the Amazing Crêpes duo began preparation for a downtown Whitefish Café.

In the spring of 2009 Amazing Crêpes opened its doors in historic downtown Whitefish. The café serves as a home base for catering, mobile, and daily operations. High quality food and beverages are served with an emphasis on using fresh local ingredients when possible.

Our Commitment to Quality and Sustainability

Crêpes are made from scratch using fresh, whole ingredients (no dried mixes). Homemade batter is poured before you onto an authentic French cast-iron crêpe burner, spread thin, then topped with the highest quality fresh and local ingredients that are available. The end result is a delicious and satisfying “Montana” size crêpe.

Amazing Crepes has stressed quality in all aspects of service since its inception, and attempt to source ingredients as close to home as possible. Featuring Farm-To-Market pork products, a variety of locally farmed greens and vegetables, Flathead cherries, and wild huckleberries.
